From August 2019, I spent a year authoring, series producing & directing THE SHIPMAN FILES, a critically acclaimed and hugely popular series that re-examines Britain’s biggest serial killer case. The films explore the cultural, social and historical context of the story, focusing on the victims, and featuring first hand accounts, many from contributors who have never spoken in public before, to reveal a new perspective that finally explains how a respected GP got away with killings hundreds of patients over nearly 30 years. The series drew a large live audience on BBC2 and remains one of the most-watched documentary series ever on BBC i-player.
